PREPARING FOR YOUR BROW APPOINTMENT

  • DO NOT CONSUME: Alcohol, Tea, Caffeine, Painkillers, Blood thinners, Vitamin E and Fish oil on the day before and day of your appointment.

  • During our consultation, I will ask to see some of your brow selfies if you have any so please be ready to share some with me :)

  • Don't worry about shaping your brows before your appointment (threading/wax/pluck etc.) A minimum brow growth of 4 weeks is ideal.

  • Your semi permanent brow appointment may last up to 4 hours.

DARK LIP NEUTRALIZATION 

If you have dark lips you will require dark lip neutralization sessions.

This is a specialized treatment for those with cool or dark-toned lips in which we colour correct and neutralize the darkness in the lips first. Multiple neutralization sessions will be required for optimal results (on average 2 - 3 sessions).

The most common outcome following neutralization sessions will result in the darkness in a clients lips becoming a very natural, lighter/more 'nude' pink shade. The procedure and process is identical to a lip blush appointment, the only difference is the colour choice. 

PREPARING FOR YOUR LIP APPOINTMENT

FOR A PAINLESS APPOINTMENT & FOR THE BEST RESULTS IT IS IMPORTANT YOU ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. DO NOT CONSUME: Alcohol, Tea, Caffeine, Painkillers, Blood thinners, Vitamin E and Fish oil on the day before and day of your appointment.

  2. Keep your lips MOISTURIZED AND EXFOLIATE your lips in the days leading up to your appointment for maximum results.

  3. IF YOU ARE PRONE TO COLD SORES - This procedure can trigger a cold sore outbreak! To avoid this please take Aciclovor tablets or L-Lysine capsules daily 5 - 7 days prior to your appointment and continue taking them in the days following.

  • For TOUCH UPS don't forget your mouth guard!

  • Your new lips will take 6 WEEKS TO HEAL. Please do not expect final results before this timeframe

  • Got an event coming up? Schedule your appointment after the event has passed or 2 weeks before!

  • If you have dermal lip fillers please wait 3-4 weeks before undergoing a lip blush treatment.

  • Your semi permanent lip appointment may last up to 4 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to booking an appointment, please do familiarize yourself with my cancellation policy below, which discusses deposits, rescheduling and penalties. This policy will be presented again to read and agree to once you have selected an appointment date & time during the booking stage.

1. Deposits: 

𝐀 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 to secure an appointment slot. 

 

2. Rescheduling: 

Your deposit is transferrable as long as a minimum of 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 is given. Less than 24 hours notice = deposit lost. 

 

3. Penalties:

Either of the above will unfortunately result in you losing any deposits paid. 

 

4. Time keeping:

All clients get a complimentary 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 grace period in the event of lateness!

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦 (meaning you are not inside the studio) will automatically incur a £10 late fee.

General Business Policies

Pricing.

 

While I am beyond thankful and grateful to receive business, I have invested a lot of money and time into doing what I do. 

I buy the highest quality inks, needles, and use expensive machines and equipment. 

I ensure my clients experience comfort and enjoy their surroundings at my studio. 

This procedure is a LUXURY procedure, and pricing will reflect that. Please respect artist pricing and do not try to negotiate it.

Non-refundable deposit. 

 

To reserve an appointment, a non refundable deposit is required. This is to protect my time and business as a self employed professional. Some days I limit my hours to 1 new client per day, other days I see 3 new clients per day. Either way, my time is planned and designated accordingly. Each new appointment takes almost 4 hours per person. If someone cancels on me last minute or doesn't show up at all, at least the deposit serves as the cancellation fee, even though it will not make up for the lost time.

 

It is important to me to create and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with my clients, so adhering to the policy is important. If you are experiencing a very tight financial situation, or if my deposit requirements will put stress on you / cause you to worry over it, please refrain from booking at this time.

Rescheduling.

As long as you reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice your deposit will not be lost! 

Please keep in mind, if you reschedule last minute I am usually booked in advance and you may have to wait a couple of months before being able to come in. I cannot simply “squeeze” people in last minute because I truly care a lot about my artistry and about the clients’ results, so I must take my time to ensure best results.

 

 

Touch ups. 

The same "squeezing" in applies to touch ups. 

It is the clients responsibility to schedule a touch up when/if necessary. Touch up availability can be limited.

The best way to get an appointment is to subscribe to my mailing list and you will receive email notifications whenever appointments are available. Please do look for availability and book your session on my website, as opposed to message/email. Unfortunately if there are no more slots available that means I am booked to capacity. 

Late fee.

 

I understand that unexpected things happen, which is why lateness up to 20 minutes is complimentary.  

But on the rare occasion that a client is running more than 20 minutes late, a £10 fee will automatically be applied. 

This is necessary because often, to fit demand, I will have multiple clients in the day with minimal or no buffer time in between them so my schedule can be quite tight. The late fee serves as an inconvenience fee, as this will impact the clients to follow or impact my ability to have a scheduled break between clients. Please be advised, you must be in the studio within the 20 mins, not parking, round the corner or getting off the bus.
